William C. Dotson II, 65, of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, in North Fairfield.
He was born April 3, 1959, in Tacoma Park, Maryland. He served in U.S. Army and received a bachelor's degree in nursing home administration from Bowling Green State University. He was an avid football fan of The Ohio State University, Cleveland Browns, and Washington Redskins, and enjoyed spending time with his dogs. He enjoyed off-roading, vacationing with his family, camping, shooting, and collecting sports memorabilia and football cards with his children.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Erin Dotson; mother, Gloria Higdon; children, Christina Dotson, Matthew (Megan) Dotson, Timothy (Myisha) Dotson, Troi (Matthew) Mroczynski, and Wyatt Dotson; and grandchildren, Ezra, Luke, Zoey, Maximus, Zuri, and one on the way.
William was preceded in death by his father, William C. Dotson I; and son, Anthony Dotson.
Visitation for family and friends will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2024, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Gaymont Activities Fund, 66 Norwood Avenue, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
