Martha E. "Betty" (Unferdros) Kropf, 84, of Norwalk, formerly of Huron, passed away Monday, March 30, 2026, surrounded by family.

She was born March 24, 1942, in Toledo, to Louis and Ruth (Lyons) Unferdros.

Betty graduated from Woodward High School. She worked as a bank teller in Toledo and Sandusky and was also employed at New Departure Hyatt. Betty was a member of the Lutheran Church, where she helped with communion and volunteered at the Food Bank.

At her core, she was deeply kind, loving, and devoted to her family. She loved fiercely and wholeheartedly, always putting those she cared about first. Her family was the center of her world, and she took great pride in each of them. Throughout her life, she remained a steady source of strength, guidance, and unwavering support.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Traci (Clark) Hamlin; sons, Matthew (Teresa) Kropf and James Kropf; daughter-in-law, Laurie Kropf; sister, Paula Jean Unferdros; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold "Bud" Kropf; son, Mark Kropf; grandson, Ryan Kropf; parents; and sister, Mary Lou Herzig.

Friends may call from 10 a.m.- noon Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Toft Funeral Home, Hinman Chapel, 38 South Street, Berlin Heights. Funeral services will immediately follow at noon at the funeral home with the Rev. Philip A. Gardner presiding. Burial will follow at Peaks Cemetery, Berlin Heights.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Norwalk Area Food Bank or St Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
