Wayne L. Snay, 63, residing in Palm Harbor, Florida passed away peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, with his wife by his side. His life was filled with faith and positivity, especially throughout his illness.

He was a devoted husband, loving father, and recent proud grandfather. He was an avid bicyclist, enjoyed golfing with his wife, volunteering through his church and community, and followed his favorite sports teams.

He was born July 7, 1959, in Norwalk, to Dwayne and Frances (Hay) Snay. They preceded him in death.

He married Beth Frankboner on July 25, 2009, in Norwalk, and recently moved to Florida to retire.

He took pride in the Finishing business his entire career, working at IPC in Sales in Norwalk for many years and for the past 13 years as COO at Perfection Finishers, Inc. in Wauseon.

He graduated from St. Paul Catholic School where he was a member of the church. He was a Eucharistic Minister and was a current member of All Saints Catholic Church in Clearwater, Florida.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Beth; daughter, Christa (Marty) Bohnert; granddaughterm Scarlett of Berea; brothers, Cletus (Kelly) of Norwalk and Brian (Jeannie) of Arcadia, Indiana; sisters, Sarah Snay of Norwalk, Jane (Tom) Phillips of North Fairfield, and Cindy (Joe) Zidarin of Youngsville, North Carolina; aunt, Pat Snay of New Washington; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Norwalk. Interment will follow.
