Norwalk
Thomas A Silcox, 69, of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
He was born July 11, 1953, in Norwalk, to the late Robert and Dorothy (McKain) Silcox. He was a 1971 graduate of Norwalk High School and worked at Norwalk Custom Order Furniture.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barbara (MacDonald) Silcox; four-legged companion, Tilly; children, Derek (Nicki) Silcox of Grove City, Brad (Phil) Taylor Kirby of Germantown, Maryland, and Jennifer Taylor of Fremont; grandchildren, Andrew Slone, Addison (Matt) Elmlinger, Justin (Mamie) Ulman, Alexander (Levinda) Ulman, Reis Ulman, Madison Osborne, and Aiden Osborne; three great-grandchildren; and brothers, Rob (Jane) Silcox and Tim (Patie) Silcox.
He was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws, Harry and Lois MacDonald; and grandson, Zackary Slone.
A celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
Arrangements have entrusted to Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Huron County Humane Society, 246 Woodlawn Avenue, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857, or Huron County Dog Warden, 130 Shady Lane Drive, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
