Stanley R. Obrenovich, 85, of Norwalk, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center, Norwalk.

Stanley was born Dec. 23, 1937, in Norwalk, to the late Stella (Djekic) Obrenovich and George Obrenovich. He graduated from Norwalk High School and served in U.S. Army as a Sergeant 1st Class. Stanley was a dedicated employee of the railroad for over 20 years. In his later year, he was a self-employed businessman. Stanley volunteered at Salvation Army and was involved in a lot of projects as a member of Norwalk City Council. In his spare time, Stanley enjoyed growing vegetables in his garden. He worked hard at everything he did.

Stanley is survived by his loving wife, Betty (Tima) Obrenovich, whom he married Dec. 31, 1961; three sons, Mark Obrenovich of Cleveland, Keith Obrenovich of Norwalk, and Kenny Obrenovich of Norwalk; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his brothers, Mike and Nick.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 31, 2023, until the time of Stanley's funeral at 11 a.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
