Ronnie Paul Williams, 65, a resident of Willard, passed away at his home on Friday, Sept. 6, 2024. He was born June 12, 1959, in Willard to the late Harold and Mary (Urban) Williams.

A Willard High School graduate, Ronnie, known by most as "Truck", was a multi-varsity letter winner in football and wrestling. He was employed with Stanley Black and Decker as a tow motor driver and an NRA member, and he had a deep passion for hunting and fishing. Ronnie was known for having a couple of "honey holes" when it came to his favorite spots and enjoyed having a hobby that involved spending time with his nephews. Aside from hunting and fishing, he also had a soft spot for his cats.

Ronnie is survived by his brother, Michael Williams; half brother, Jeffrey (Dee Jones) Williams; nephews and nieces, Tom (Michelle) Giles, Brian (Wendy) Williams, Bobbi Groot, Tim (Michelle) Williams and Jessica Hicks; and great nephews and nieces, Wade Giles, Drew Williams, Seth Williams, Abby Williams and Logan Williams.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Grim; and brother, Richard Williams.

Family and friends may visit from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024, at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard.
