Norwalk
Ronda Chaffee, 53, of Norwalk, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
She was born September 2, 1972, in Pikeville, Kentucky, to Ronald and Pauline McGue. She attended Norwalk City Schools and was a member of New Covenant Lighthouse Church. She also loved the outdoors, especially fishing. Ronda was an avid Yahtzee player and enjoyed karaoke and pool.
She is survived by her mother, Pauline; children, Ronald Barnett (Georgianna), Jonathan Barnett (Ally), Tabatha Hopkins, Joshua Schrock, Angel Moore, and Russell Schrock; her brother, Paul McGue (Sara); and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald and son, James.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2026, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, where a service will begin at 6 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Blyston officiating. Private interment will be at a later date.
