Roger "Butch" Frederick, 83, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Roger was born October 25, 1942. Known to many as "Butch", he proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Navy. He will be remembered for his love of the outdoors and the simple joys in life. Roger especially enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Above all, Roger cherished the time spent with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth Elayne and his sons, Jonathan Paul Frederick and Chris Scott Frederick.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 11 a.m.- noon Friday, March 13, 2026, at Carlson Funeral Home, Medina. A committal service with military honors will follow at 1 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273.
Roger will be deeply missed by his family and friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
