Roger B. Carnahan, 84, of Plymouth, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center, Norwalk.

He was born May 26, 1938, in Willard, to Archie and Lillian (Richardson) Carnahan. He was a 1957 graduate of North Fairfield High School, served in U.S. Army National Guard and worked at RR Donnelley, Willard. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, arrowhead hunting, walking in nature, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Dick) Carnahan, whom he married April 30, 1966; daughter, Patti (Patrick) Cucco of Ashland, Ohio; son, Bryan (Courtney) Carnahan of Willard; six grandchildren, Matthew, Adriana, Brycn, Brock, Mason, and Mitchell; three great-grandchildren, Hunter, Olivia and Theo; six exchange students, Bernd Schneider of Germany, Carl Christensen of Denmark, Patricia Constain of Colombia, Ana Cecilia Loza of Mexico, Aon of Thailand, and Christine King of Cleveland; and many nieces and nephews.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents; and sister and brother-in-law, Frieda and Roy Palm.

Roger's funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Secor Funeral Home, Plymouth, with Fr. Christopher Mileski officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Greenlawn Cemetery, Plymouth.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Stein Hospice, or donor's choice.
