Mike Healy, 70, passed away after a brief illness Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in Savannah, Georgia.
He was born May 16, 1952, in Cleveland, to Jack and Angie Healy. Mike was a loving and loyal person who was a friend to all. He was hardworking and dedicated to his craft, which was evident throughout his successful career.
Mike attended Western Reserve High School and Firelands College. He was a skilled custom cabinet maker who worked for Suhr Kitchens in Norwalk, Black Dog Studio in Savannah, Georgia, and Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, Georgia, where he served as a senior cabinet maker.
In his free time, Mike enjoyed woodworking, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. He was an avid book reader. He cherished spending time with his family, who will miss him greatly.
Mike is survived by his siblings, John Healy of Norwalk, Bill Healy (Peg) of North Ridgeville, Patty Corbin (Joe) of Sandusky, Connie Brewster (Mike) of Norwalk, and Marty Healy (Kathy) of Bluffton, South Carolina; brother-in-law, Gene Crum of Norwalk; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Angie Healy; and sister, Kathy Crum.
Mike's celebration of life will be 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday, May 29, 2023, at The Palm Tree Barn, 4496 Whittlesey Road, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
