Jeffrey Baker Obituary

Jeffrey J. Baker

Aug 23, 1956 - Mar 18, 2024

Sandusky

Jeffrey J. "Jeff" Baker, 67, of Sandusky, passed away early Monday afternoon, March 18, 2024, at Cleveland Clinic after a lengthy illness.

Jeff was born Aug. 23, 1956, in Upstate, New York, the son of Carlton James and Katherine Scott (Dean) Baker. Jeff was a graduate of Sandusky High School. He loved spending time with the family and the grandchildren, but he especially enjoyed sprint car racing and going to the races at Attica Raceway Park.

Jeff is survived by his daughter, Brittany (Ryan Dussell) Baker; two sons, Cody and Benjamin Baker; three grandchildren, Savannah Trousdale and Landyn and Jaydyn Dussell; and sister, Lisa (Donald) Barnhart.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Bonnie (Smith) Baker.

It was his wish to be cremated. A celebration of Jeff's life will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his memory to one's favorite charity.

Arrangements have been entrusted to David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
