Andy M. Silcox, 67, of Bellevue, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 23, 2024, at his home.
He was born March 15, 1957, in Sandusky, to Melvin and Beverly Silcox.
Andy graduated from EHOVE and Perkins High School in 1976. He worked at KBI/Delphi for many years and recently became a bus driver at Bellevue City Schools. Andy was a member of Sandusky and Bellevue Eagles where he held the office of Treasurer and Trustee at Sandusky Eagles. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. He was a gentle giant with a heart of gold and loved by all.
Andy is survived by his better half, Donna Brumfield; father, Melvin (Sylvia) Silcox; stepfather, Steve Hoerner; brother, Dean Silcox; sister, Wendy Zellner; children, Jonathan (Lisa), Jason, and Jennifer Silcox; nephew, AJ Zellner; and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Hoerner.
Visitation for friends will be 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Toft Funeral Home, Hinman Chapel, 38 South Street, Berlin Heights, with a short memorial service to follow.

I have known Andy for 47 years, when we became friends, you couldn´t meet a nicer guy, although as time marched on, and years go by, we could pick up where we left off. A friendship that never wavered and eventually we became family. Andy was so kind and humble, and selfless, I consider myself so lucky to have a friend like Andy. I´m gonna miss you!

Andy was always there when needed and if he couldn´t he always called back when he had time to come help. Andy would do anything he could for anyone who needed help. Andy was a kind and generous soul. Andy will definitely be missed .
