Wayne C. Kiser, 76, resident of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain, after a short illness.

Wayne was born March 13, 1946, in Fremont, to the late Carroll and Anna (nee Gerstenberger) Kiser. He was a 1964 graduate of Western Reserve High School. Wayne proudly served in U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He retired from the former Mansfield Reformatory. Wayne enjoyed fishing and target and trap shooting.

Wayne's survivors include his wife of 33 years, Ellen C. (nee Scruton) Kiser; a son; stepdaughters; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and siblings.

Wayne requested that there be no services.

Memorials in Wayne's honor may be made to Fitchfield Conservation

League, 2623 Jennings Rd., New London, Ohio, 44851.

Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, Amherst, has been entrusted with arrangements.
