Timothy D. "Tim" Iehle, 70, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at University Hospital, Cleveland.

Timothy was born Oct. 2, 1952, in Sandusky, and was a life-long Norwalk resident and 1970 graduate of Norwalk High School. Tim proudly served in U.S. Army, working at the NATO headquarters in the Postal Department.

Timothy was a union tile setter at Corcoran Tile and Marble for 40 years until his retirement. Along with his wife, they ran an antique shop in Peru. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Tim was a craftsman builder who loved to tinker. He took great pride in taking care of his home and property by landscaping and gardening. Tim found enjoyment playing his two keyboards. Most of all, he loved traveling with his wife, Donna.

Tim's survivors include his wife of almost 46 years, Donna (nee Claus) Iehle; children, Gwen (Dusty) Beech of North Lewisburg and Greg Kiser of Norwalk; grandchildren, Amber (Erik) Gray of Ostrander and Grayson Kiser of Norwalk; sister, Jackie Iehle of Norwalk; brothers, Larry (Okie) Iehle of Reynoldsburg and Rodney (Cindy) Iehle of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Patricia Iehle; brother, Michael Iehle; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Iehle.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk. A private service for family and close friends will follow.
