Teressa (Church) Bellamy, 66, of Berlin Heights, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Fairview Hospital after a sudden illness.
She was born April 5, 1959, in Sandusky, to Homer and Ann (Thompson) Church.
Teressa graduated from Edison High School and later earned her associate's degree. She was employed in Food Services at OVH for several years. Her faith was very important to her. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, harvesting, and sharing what she grew with those she loved. She made the best salsa in the world. Just ask one of her nephews!
Teressa is survived by her son, Mitchell Bellamy; sisters, Marsha (Steven) Teply, Flora Church, Barbara (Bill) Church-Freeze, brothers, Joe (Lori) Church, Douglas Church, and Mark Church; nine nephews, Jason and Nickolas Teply, Cory, Chad and Nathan Church, Cody Coffey, Douglas M. and Nick Church; four great nephews; three great nieces; and numerous cousins and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mitchell Church and her sister-in-law, Shelly Ott Church.
Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Monday, February 9, 2026, at Toft Funeral Home, Hinman Chapel, 38 South Street, Berlin Heights. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Toft Funeral Home, Hinman Chapel. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Berlin Heights.
