Susan M. "Sue" Smith, 77, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023, at home.

Sue was a loving and nurturing wife, mother, and grandmother who would do anything for those around her, holding a special place in her heart for her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed camping and fishing.

Sue's survivors include her loving husband of 32 years, Lyle Smith; children, Eugene F. (Rebecca L.) Wilson Sr., Jessie M. (Vince) Luzader, Frank L. (Autumn) Wilson, Ryan J. Smith, and Sandee R. Stuckert; siblings, Thelma Lock, Joan Wright, and James Roberts; grandchildren, Dustin (Ashley) Brummitt, Candace M., Katie S., and Eugene Wilson Jr., Nathan and Nicole Luzader, Brittany Gartton, Crimson and Faith Stuckert, and Elliott Smith; numerous nieces and nephews; and "an excessive amount" of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie (Barnett) Smith; stepfather, Eugene Mundy; son, Myles E. Wilson Jr.; daughter, Linda S. Brummitt; and brothers, Bill Robertson and Harry Roberts.
