Susan K. Blystone, 70, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness Friday, July 15, 2022, at home surrounded by her family.
Susan was born Sept. 24, 1951, in Norwalk, to the late Donald Reddix and Phyllis "Momma Bear" (Smith) Reddix.
Susan was a dedicated and loving homemaker. In her spare time, she loved crocheting, genealogy, and cooking. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her family.
Susan is survived by her husband of 44 years, Raymond B. Blystone; children, Thomas R. (Melissa Lieb) Eastman of Sandusky, Travis C. Blystone of Wakeman, Bryan K. Eastman of Norwalk, and Susan R. (Ronald) O'Brien of Norwalk; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her daughter, Shawnetta R. Eastman in 1970; son, Raymond B. Blystone III in 1982, and daughter, Theresa R. Blystone, who passed in 1999.
Friends may call Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral at 12 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, 44857. Burial will follow at Wakeman Township Cemetery.
