Marilyn Patricia Riley, 67, life-long resident of Norwalk, passed away early Monday morning, April 17, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Marilyn was born June 30, 1955, in Norwalk, to the late Patricia (Burrill) Davis and Edward Davis. She graduated from St. Paul High School in 1973. Marilyn was employed as a seamstress for Norwalk Furniture for 23 years and activity coordinator at Salvation Army for 13 years. In her spare time, Marilyn enjoyed volunteering, gardening, sewing, crafts, casino trips, playing cards, and vacations. Marilyn lived for her summers to spend time with her extended camping family. She took joy in a lot of things, but Marilyn was happiest spending time with her family.

Marilyn is survived by three daughters, Steffani (David) Gilbert, Betsy (Bradley) Urich, and Andrea (Brandon) Kluding, all of Norwalk; two sons, Christopher (Katie) Lee and Travis Lee, both of Norwalk; niece, Christina (Darren) Riffe of Norwalk; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two brothers, Donald (Mary) Davis and Vincent (Debra) Davis.

In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, David Riley, who passed in 1997; significant other of 23 years, Terry Lee, who passed in 2022; grandson, Tyler David Springer-Riley, who passed in 2001; and sister in infancy, Marsha Davis.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857. Marilyn's memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 21, 2023, at the funeral home. Procession and burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Norwalk.
