Larry Dean Lynch, 65, of New Washington, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Norwalk Memorial Home.

He was born Sept. 14, 1958, in Willard, to Arther Ivan and Vivan (Whipp) Lynch. Larry worked for many years at Janesville Products and for the past 17 years at ArcelorMittal until his retirement in 2023. He was a member of Sons of the American Legion in New Washington and he enjoyed playing golf, watching football, and was an intense Ohio State fan. Larry had an infectious laugh and loved spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by a sister, Linda (Hascell) Stumbo of Norwalk; brothers, Gary Lynch of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Terry Lynch of Plymouth; and nieces and nephews, Karen (Kevin) Krupp of Norwalk, Sheina (Mark) Adelman of Norwalk, Leslie (Nick) Meyer of Norwalk, Gary (Natasha) Lynch Jr. of Mansfield, and Tina Kieffer of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; nephew, Kevin Kieffer; infant twin nieces, Alma and Alva Stumbo; and sister-in-law, Thelma Lynch.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2024, at Secor Funeral Home, Plymouth. Larry's funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the funeral home with Rick Stumbo officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven. Visitors to Larry's visitation and funeral are encouraged to wear Ohio State apparel.
