Hallie B. Cox, 31, of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. She was born February 8, 1994, to John Cox and Debra Ebinger in Akron.

Hallie attended both Norwalk High School and EHOVE Career Center. She was a devoted member of Crossroads Community Church and had many passions throughout her life. A talented artist, Hallie enjoyed working in a variety of mediums and frequently spent time at Artist Open Studio in Norwalk. She also had a strong interest in fashion and was planning to attend art school to pursue her dream of becoming a fashion designer. She found joy in working with the children at Christie Lane School. In her free time, Hallie loved watching Disney movies, her favorite TV show, The Golden Girls, and reading the Harry Potter book series.

She is survived by her parents, John Cox and Debra (Marvin) Ebinger; her siblings, Jonathon Cox, Jobe Cox, Perry Brown, Elizabeth (Jason) Slie, Shanan Oblender, and Matthew Cox; and her nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Jonah, Liam, Ava, Angie, Grace, Emma, and Isaac.

She is preceded in passing by her paternal grandparents, Virgil and Betty Cox; her maternal grandparents, James and Nelly Price; and uncles, Mike Price and Jay Price.

Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Crossroads Community Church, 414 Gibbs Road, Norwalk, OH 44857.

Memorial contribu-tions made in Hallie's name can be directed to the family.
