Gary "Doug" Locke, 55, of Sandusky, passed away Thursday morning, April 24, 2025, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, after a brief illness.
He was born February 15, 1970, in Greenville South Carolina, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1988. Doug was a tow motor operator for ThorWorks, Sandusky. He was very family oriented and loved spending time with them; he also enjoyed watching the football on TV, especially the Cleveland Browns.
He is survived by his wife, Kim (Trimble) Locke; two sons, Logan (Halee) Locke, and Cory Locke; granddaughter, Aurora Locke; two sisters, Debbie (Michael) Mielcarek, and Linda (Steve) Likes; brother, Bobby (Karyn) Locke; and many nieces and nephews.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Mary (Gillespie) Locke; sister, Brenda Clark; and nephews, Gary Keegan, Brian Ayers, and Tommy Finlay.
At the request of Doug, there will be no services. Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of the arrangements.

I worked with Doug many years at Lear.
