Debra Lee Pflieger, 68, of Norwalk, passed away Monday evening, July 11, 2022, at her home after a brief battle with cancer.

Debra was born May 29, 1954, in Norwalk, to Don and Donna (Krontz) Myers.

Debra graduated from Western Reserve High School as a member of the class of 1973. She was a dedicated employee of Norwalk Furniture for 15 years. Debra also cooked for VFW, Eagles, Midway Restaurant, and baked for Rose Marie's. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a life-long member at Norwalk Eagles and Norwalk VFW Post #711. Debra was also Past President and District President of VFW Ladies Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoyed bingo, bunco, cards, casinos, and doing crafts.

Debra is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Brian Pflieger; son, Kelly (Carly) Pflieger of Sandusky; daughter, Janet (Jacob) Nelson of Norwalk; grandchildren, Violet, Jensen, and Sophia; mother, Donna (Krontz) Jenkins; brothers, David, Wayne, and Ernie; sisters, Dawn, Donita, Denise, and Jody.

Debra was preceded in death by her birth father, Don Myers; stepfather, Kenneth Jenkins who raised her; mother-in-law, Rosemary Pflieger; father-in-law, Ed Pflieger, and brothers-in-law, Jerome Pflieger and Dave Baker.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2022, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
