Colleen Waters Obituary
Private graveside services will be held.
Colleen Mardella, daughter of Norman and Genevieve (Decker) Fluke, was born on December 4, 1943 in Indepence. She grew up in Waterloo where she attended East High School.
Following high school, Colleen worked at Waterloo Industries, worked as a bank teller, and later worked in Clarion as a hairdresser. Colleen eventually opened her own shop in Clarion and closely worked with Kay Marker. Colleen did hair for over 30 years and loved all of her customers.
On December 6, 1980, Colleen was united in marriage to Tim Waters at First Lutheran Church in Dows. They enjoyed going on camping trips together. Colleen loved Nascar racing.
Colleen is survived by her son Tim Barz; grandson Bradley Barz; and granddaughter Aubree Barz.
She is preceded in death by her husband Tim Waters in 2007; son Mark Fisher; and son Randy Barz on January 4, 2023.
