He was a str8 forward honest person who would give the shrit off his own back If someone needed it.Cleo was always n a good mood when he was n are store even when he wasn't feeling his best he didn't let it wipe the smile off his face .Cleo is a genuine person and people like him are few I far between . You will be missed dearly Man. FLY HIGH.FLY FREE.
