Susanne Lorene "Sue" (Watts) Beck, 82, went to her heavenly home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 16, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Sue was born March 29, 1940, in Willard. She graduated from Willard High School in 1958 and then worked at Pioneer Rubber Company. In 1959, she met her future husband, Randy, while he was serving in U.S. Air Force and they were married May 4, 1963. In 1974, they were reassigned to Alaska where Sue worked as assistant manager of Eielson Federal Credit Union until her retirement.

Sue was a kind and caring person who was always ready to help others in need. Her special pleasure was her family, spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Traveling was a big part of her retirement years as they had a motor home and traveled extensively, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The last few years, they also had a home in Las Vegas, Nevada, and enjoyed all of the activities in that area. She had a special ministry of sending greeting cards to so many people for celebrations or encouragement. Sue was a great patriot and proud of their military service and her country.

Sue is survived by her husband, Randall; brother, Randall (Jeanie) Watts of Palm Coast, Florida; sons, Randall Jr. (Jeff) of Las Vegas, Nevada, and John and Nick of North Pole, Alaska; grandchildren, Chelcy, James, Colleen, and Devon; great-grandchildren, Addy, Leo, and Oliver; brother-in-law, Alroy Vanderpool of West Palm Beach, Florida; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Sue was preceded in death by her wonderful parents, Woodrow and Marian Watts; beloved brother, Nick Watts; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walter and Dorothy Beck; sisters-in-law, Betty Kampmueller and Linda Vanderpool; and brother-in-law, Tom Kampmueller.

A celebration of life will be at a later date.
