Ryan Lee Rang, 38, of Monroeville, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022, as the result of a motorcycle accident.

He was born Feb. 24, 1984, in Sandusky, to the late Richard and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Frey) Rang.

Ryan loved motorcycles, tattoos, fishing, camping, kids, and his family. He had a passion for Chevy cars and despite many other things, he had a heart of gold and genuinely relished any opportunity to help someone in need. Described as a survivor, he was strong-willed, independent, to a degree reluctantly independent, goofy, driven, and noble.

His family was not defined merely by blood, but his survivors include his loving wife, Danielle (Harrold) Rang; children, Gavin Harrold, Harmony Peterson, Gaige Rang, Chevelle Rang, and Nova Rang; brothers, Jarrett (Chelsea) Roesch and Alex Frey; dad, Ralph (Leslie) Roesch; mother-in-law, Cynthia (Chris) Smith; father-in-law, Dan (Karen) Harrold; grandmother, Norma Rang; brother-in-law, Dylan Davis; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Ryan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roger Rang; and grandparents, Evelyn and Charles Frey.

Visitation will be 3-6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
