Ruth M. Zavala, 69, of Willard, passed away Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was born June 26, 1954, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Irvin Sr. and Lou Suddith.
In her spare time, Ruth enjoyed spending time with her family, doing crossword puzzles, socializing at the Moose with her family and friends, and watching wrestling and her soap operas.
She will be greatly missed by her three fur babies, Diamond, Cooper, and Ashlyn. They were her guardian angels.
She is survived by her children, Alfonzo (Fonzie) and Crystal Campo, Ben (Connie) Campo, and Christina (Ray) Curtis; grandchildren, Maci, Maddie, Isaac, Cameron, Trinity, Nick, Sidney, Alexis, Brandon, Austin, Lizzy, Charisma, Xavier, Leela, Landon, Sáriah, and Lawerence; 17 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jackie Vanderpool, Barb (Chuck) Gerber, Irvin Suddith, and Reese (Tracie) Suddith; sister-in-law, Judy Suddith; and many nieces and nephews.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Kassie; brother, Bill; brother-in-law, Dennis; and sister-in-law, Estella Suddith.
Per Ruth's wishes, there will be no funeral. Ruth's private graveside service will be at a later date. Her celebration of life will be 4 p.m. - 12 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at Bridge Bar and Grill.
