Robin E. Smith, 65, residing in Huron, passed away Monday, July 15, 2024, at Providence Care Center after a lengthy illness.

Robin was born June 4, 1959, in Mansfield, to Judith E. (Fletcher) Smith and Ralph "Gene" Smith. She was an avid football fan, often cheering for Edison Chargers, Cleveland Browns, and Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved both feeding and watching hummingbirds and always enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren.

Robin is survived by her son, Brian Smith; grandchildren, Logan, Dylan, and Garrett Smith; mother, Judith E. (Fletcher) Smith; brother, Doug Smith; and numerous cousins, loved ones, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; and grandparents, Ralph Aldred and Mae Smith.

Robin's celebration of life will be private for the family.

Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, Sandusky, is assisting family with arrangements.

Judy, I am so sorry to read of Robins passing. Doesn´t seem that long ago that I saw you two(Can´t remember where). She told me she was ill. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Doug, Brian and Grandchildren. Love Sandy Motolik
