Randy A. Oney, 63, resident of Shiloh, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024, at Fisher Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. He was born in Willard Oct. 25, 1961, to the late Thomas and Lura "Mae" (Back) Oney.
Randy was a 1979 Plymouth High School graduate who went on to work as a tree trimmer for a number of years. He was then employed with Fabriweld Corporation in Norwalk for over 15 years.
Randy loved the outdoors, most specifically fishing and trap shooting. He also enjoyed drag racing.
He is survived by his son, Randal Oney; three grandchildren, Kayden, Benji and Braiden Oney; and numerous cousins.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Oney; and sister, Kathy Oney.
Family and friends may visit from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024, at Secor Funeral Home in Willard. His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024, at Ripley Chapel, 4230 Old State Rd, Willard, Ohio 44890. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shilo.
