Patricia Sue Wilson, 83, of Norwalk, passed away early Friday morning, March 20, 2026, at Gaymont Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.

Pat was born March 4, 1943, in Portsmouth, to the late James Montgomery and Hazel (Truman) Davis.

She was a graduate of Portsmouth High School and went on to build a life defined by creativity and entrepreneurship.

Pat was the owner of Patricia's Boutique, a women's clothing store in Norwalk, and later Briar Rose Collection, a beloved tea room in Bowling Green. She also worked as a real estate agent with Century 21 in Norwalk, where she was inducted into the Hall of Fame Club in 1989. In addition, Pat shared her talents as a home interior designer.

A devoted member of Norwalk United Methodist Church, Pat had a deep love for her faith and found great joy in gospel music. She was a gifted musician who taught herself to play both the piano and guitar, and she especially loved singing.

Pat was also a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed cooking, traveling, and caring for her many houseplants, which brought beauty and warmth to her own home. Above all, she was a devoted and loving mother whose greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Pat is survived by her son, Ronald Slack Jr. of Norwalk; three grandsons, Ronald III, Tyler and Sampson Slack; three great-grandchildren, Jace, Gracie and Tate; two brothers, Raymond (Donna) Davis Jr. of Portsmouth and Ronnie (Sherry) Wells of Bellevue; sister, Linda Purtee of Wheelersburg; stepson, Strode Wagner; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Pat is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wagner and stepson, Robert Wagner Jr.

Graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Milan Cemetery in Milan, with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory in Milan is assisting family with arrangements.
