Patricia Burks Obituary
Patricia Ann Burks, 69, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at her residence.
Patricia was born October 29, 1955, in Tiffin to the late Walter and Rita (Kuntz) Lonsway. She married James Burks in Tiffin on February 24, 1989 and he survives in Findlay.
Other survivors include her children, Brian (Mimi) Burks of Cumming, Georgia, Nick (Allison) Burks of Canton, Georgia, Carrie (Craig) Evert of Mason, Heidi (Nate) Irwin of Findlay, and Steve Burks of Ione, California; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sue (Paul) Gerth of Columbus, Indiana, Nancy (the late Bob) Smith of Bettsville, and Janis (Kenny) Rumschlag of Tiffin.
Patricia worked as a real estate broker and agent and was a member of Findlay First Lutheran Church. She was a 1974 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School who enjoyed showing houses, traveling, local theater and was an avid reader.
Funeral services for Patricia will be at 2 p.m., Monday, March 31, 2025, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be from noon-2 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services at Pleasant Union Cemetery in Old Fort.
The family welcomes everyone to attend a celebration of life event to enjoy a meal together and share stories after the burial at Camden Falls, 2460 South State Route 231, Tiffin, OH 44883.
Memorial contribu-tions may be made to American Cancer Society or American Alzheimer's Association.

Dear Lindsay/Burk Family,
I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Patty. She was not just a dear friend but an inspiring classmate during our nursing assistant class during our Senior year of High School.
Her warmth and enthusiasm touched everyone around her.
Please know that my thoughts are with you during this challenging time. Patty will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will cherish the memories we made together.
