Norwalk

Nancy Ann Hetrick, 75, was born to Thurman "Tag" and Martha Wright on April 8, 1948, in Clyde. The Lord called her home Friday, March 8, 2024, at Mercy New Life Hospice, Lorain.

Nancy grew up in Clyde and graduated from Clyde High School, where she was a cheerleader. Nancy started and ran Hetrick Insurance Agency in Norwalk for many years. Nancy was an avid bowler and was heavily involved with many leagues over the years. She enjoyed doing arts, crafts, and sewing. She also loved rooting for her favorite Ohio Sport teams including Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Guardians.

Nancy is survived by her son, Ryan Hetrick; siblings, Deedee Baird, Rhonda (Rex) Damschroeder, and Traci (Cheryl) Hetrick; several cousins; and many friends.

She was preceded by her parents, Thurman and Martha Wright; loving husband of 51 years, Russel Hetrick; and sister, Elaine Lieske.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Nancy's memory to go to Huron County Humane Society, 246 Woodlawn Ave., Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.
