Marsha Simon Pflieger, beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, passed peacefully to her heavenly home Friday, February 7, 2025. She was born February 21, 1949, to Raymond and Betty Simon. Marsha was a loving sister to Janet Kramb English of Lakeland, Florida, and Carrie Simon (Ed) Widman of Sandusky.

Marsha graduated from Norwalk High School in 1967, where she participated in athletics. She then earned a Bachelor of Education from Bowling Green State University and worked as an educator in Polk County, Florida, for over 30 years. After her retirement, she dedicated countless hours volunteering at the local animal shelter. She adopted a senior dog who brought joy to her life, even in her final days. Marsha cherished annual trips to the beach with her children-Chad (Melissa) Pflieger, Cara (Michael) Pflieger Reinhold, and Cassie (Luke) Pflieger Miller-who was born from her former marriage to Jerome Pflieger. Marsha also loved spending time with her nine grandchildren, all of Lakeland, Florida. Marsha's sweet smile and kind heart will always be remembered.

A private memorial service will be at a later date.
