Marlene (Wright) Frisch, 82, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born January 10, 1943, in Harlan, Kentucky. She was raised in Norwalk, attended Maplehurst Elementary and graduated from Norwalk High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and camped over 20 years seasonally at Claremar Twin Lakes Camping Resort with her husband, Fred, where they provided firewood and enjoyed their friendships. They also provided meals and catered for many auctions and flea markets.

She is survived by her children, Harold L. Kovach, Cheryl (Dan) Willman, and Tracie Kovach, all of Norwalk; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Janice Myers; and her aunt, Florence Rhorer; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded by her first husband, Richard John Kovach, in 1971; her husband of 33 years, Fred Frisch, in 2023; her daughter, Kimberly K. Kovach, in 2008; her father, Harold Wright; and her sister, Anna Jones.

A celebration of life gathering will be at a later date.
