Joshua D. Wolford, 36, of Amherst, died unexpectedly Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. Joshua was born Nov. 23, 1985, in Norwalk, the son of Jeanette Sonner-Enderby and Kenny Wolford. Joshua grew up in New London and graduated from New London High School.
Joshua was employed as a concrete finisher. He enjoyed being outdoors where he could go camping or mushroom hunting. Joshua was full of life, always happy, and enjoyed being in the company of his friends, family, and especially his nieces and nephews.
Joshua is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jeanette and Duane Enderby; father, Kenny Wolford; grandmothers, Beverly Wolford and Angela M. Sonner; siblings, Jason Wolford and Jeffrey Sonner; nephews, Zachary Sonner and Kenyon Cathey; and nieces, Jaylyn Wolford and Maryonna Cathey. Joshua was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Jim Wolford and George Raymond Sonner.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022, at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London, Ohio, 44851. Online condolences and fond memories may be shared with the family at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
