JoAnn Caudill, 86, of Norwalk, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2023.

She was born March 18, 1937, in Elizabeth, West Virginia, to John W. and Flossie J. (Woodring) Reed. She lived in this area most of her life. JoAnn enjoyed trips to see her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, camping, writing poetry, and going on outings with family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her Pomeranian, "Teddy Bear."

She was a member of Faith Builders Church of God in Willard. JoAnn was employed as a LPN at Gaymont Nursing Home where she worked for 37 years. She retired in 1999.

She is survived by her children, Dan Gaddy of Cincinnati (Fiancé Patty), Pam and Nick Marmo of Deming, Washington, Lou Ann and Wayne Weitzel of Norwalk, Lora and Randy Rowe of Norwalk, and Donna Gaddy of Bellevue; brother, Rodger "Bill" and his wife Linda Reed; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.

JoAnn was preceded in death by Ollie Gaddy, Hugh "Gordy" Holmes, and Frank Caudill; son, Brian Gaddy; grandsons, Bernard Gaddy and R. Jason Rowe; sisters, Dorothy Sanders, Patsy Scherley, and twin sisters, Betty Brunn and Nettie Kiser; and brother, John N. Reed.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, until the time of JoAnn's funeral at 1 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk. Entombment will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park Mausoleum, Huron.
