Jeffrey "Jeff" Sutton, 54, residing in Norwalk, passed away Monday morning, Oct. 24, 2022, at his residence.
Jeff was born April 22, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Louise (Myers) Fortune and William Sutton.
Jeff was a 1987 graduate of North Olmsted High School and received his bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University. He was employed as a Correction's Officer in Sandusky and Cleveland. Jeff was a skilled handyman. He was able to restore furniture and rehab properties.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Deborah (Lanza) Sutton, whom he married in 1993; son, Trent Sutton of Norwalk; mother, Louise (Gerald) Fortune of North Olmsted; sister, Colleen (Ronald) Czerski of Lakewood; and brothers, Gregory Sutton, Todd Sutton, and Thomas Sutton, all of North Olmsted.
Jeff was preceded in death by his beloved mother-in-law, Judith Lanza.
A celebration of life will be announced and take place at a later date. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home is honored to assist the family.

I can´t think of high school without thinking of Jeff with a smile and a laugh. I will always treasure the memories. My heart goes out to all who love him. Rest peacefully my dear friend. Love always.

Jeff was one of a kind man, smart, funny and one of my best friends. He was a friend that you can call anytime and he´d be there for you. I´ve had the best nights just on Jeff´s and Deb´s porch just hanging out, laughing all night.. Jeff was like family and I´m going to miss him a lot..
