Imogene E. Willman, 84, of Republic, passed away at 7:25 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022, at St. Francis Home, Tiffin.

Imogene was born March 12, 1938, in Bellevue, to the late Vincent and Edna (Zimmerman) Wise. She married John Clarence Willman on Jan. 2, 1960, and he preceded her in death March 26, 2022.

Survivors include her daughter, Bridget Willman of Tiffin; two sons, Theodore (Michele) Willman and Vincent (Stacey) Willman, both of Republic; three grandsons, Lauren, James, and Edward; two stepgrandchildren, Lindsay and Jacob Dowler; and two sisters, Marcia Kreinbrink of Tiro and Carol Wurtz of Attica.

Imogene worked at General Electric in Bellevue and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Tiffin. She was a RCIA/CCD Teacher, 4-H advisor, volunteer with Patchwork House, Eucharistic minister, and Seneca East PTO member. She was always there to help any one who need it as with getting the neighborhood children on the bus and was the best grandma any kid could ever have. Imogene was a 1956 graduate of Bellevue High School.

Imogene was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Janet Suleski.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Matthew Rader officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to Mass at church. Visitation for family and friends will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2022, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin. Burial will follow the services Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
