Norwalk

Hugh "Huey" Dean Teeters, 58, of Norwalk, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025, at his residence.

He was born July 21, 1967, in Columbus, to the late Jackie L. Teeters and Margaret (Fain) Farmer.

He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family, watching and participating in demolition derbies and spending time outdoors. He was also a former Norwalk Middle School wrestling coach.

He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Darlene (Dellinger) Teeters of Norwalk; children, Amanda (Sean) Hall of Norwalk, Justin (Sarah) Teeters of Navarre, and Jordan (Sarah) Teeters of Norwalk; many grandchildren; and his brother, Jack Teeters of Norwalk.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Austin Teeters.

A celebration of Huey's life will be from 1-3 p.m Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.

Memorial contribu-tions may be sent to American Cancer Society.
