Gino Del Tin Obituary

Gino J. Del Tin, 78, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025, surrounded by his wife and children.

Gino was born on October 28, 1946 in Berlin-Schoneberg, Germany. He immigrated to the United States from Italy in 1952, and spent his childhood growing up in New York City, where he ultimately met the love of his life Kathleen. After graduating from Queens College he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Panama City, FL from 1968-1972. It was during that time in 1970 when he married his best friend Kathleen. Gino and Kathy then made their way to Rumson in 1976 and have been there ever since.

Gino was one of a kind and loved by many. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and would always put a smile on your face. He was known for his kind heart, generosity and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Gino is predeceased by his father, Bruno Del Tin, mother Italia Del Tin (Martini) and brother Frank Del Tin. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Kathleen Del Tin (Cassidy), son Craig Del Tin (Eileen), daughter Kristin Del Tin, son Mark Del Tin (Nicole). His six grandchildren Aaron, Addison, Ella, Sophia, Liam and Camryn.
