Gerald D. "Gary" Lykins Jr., 64, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born Oct. 9, 1957, in Willard, to his late mother, Lila (Peabody) Lykins.
He enjoyed collecting vinyl records, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Katie (Ben) Salmons of Norwalk; sons, Josh (Holly) Lykins of Bellevue and Shaun Lykins of Greenwich; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Larry (Emily) Lykins of Huron.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Susie; and grandson, Donavan Lykins.
Friends may call 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
