Frank Charles Nedveski II

Jun 13, 1952 - Oct 17, 2025

Norwalk

Frank Charles Nedveski II, 73, of Norwalk, passed away unexpectedly Friday October 17, 2025, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. He was born in Cambridge, June 13, 1952, to the late Frank and Margaret (nee Kasarda) Nedveski.

Frank served as a Sergeant in the Ohio State Highway Patrol for 25 years and finished his career in 2021 as an Inspector for the Ohio Department of Health Alcohol & Drug Testing Program.

Frank lived a life full of laughter, adventure, and love. He enjoyed traveling with his family, camping, spending time at the casino and a good round of golf. He had a deep love for history, especially the Civil War, and cherished his visits to Gettysburg. He was a proud member of Norwalk Eagles, Norwalk American Legion and Elks, United Polish Club, and Bronson Conservation Club.

Those who knew him will forever remember his larger-than-life personality and sense of humor.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 43 years, Joyce Nedveski (nee Koziura); children, Laura Esposito (Greg) and Nathan Nedveski (Katrina); his grandson, Stone Esposito; granddaughter, Charlee Nedveski; and sister, Judy Wright (Ted).

He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Jason Cutsinger.

Yesterday

Frank Jr.'s parents, Frank and Margaret, were dear friends of my parents, Bob and Blanche Cesare, going back to their shared growing up in the Ohio Valley and continuing after their moves to Norwalk. As a result, Frank, Jr. (or "Frankie" as he used to be known by), my brother Bob and I spent a lot of time together as kids, playing cards and board games, joking around and being big fans of the 1960s Cleveland horror movie personality, "Ghoulardi". Although our adult lives took us in different directions, I'll always remember Frankie's great sense of humor and his heartfelt laugh. I send condolences and prayers for comfort to his friends and family, especially Joyce, his kids and grand kids and his lovely sister, Judy.
