Fatima (Parsons) Steele, 84, of Greenwich, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born May 13, 1938, in Pike County, Kentucky, to the late Carrie Jane (Case) and Graden Parsons.
Fatima was a faithfully devoted member of Deliverance Tabernacle Church in New London, where she attended regularly. She was a hard worker, retiring from Maple City Rubber in Norwalk.
She is survived by her sons, Rick (Linda) Hamilton, Mike (Judy) Hamilton, and Robert (Kari) Steele Jr.; daughters, Georajean (Perry) Lester, Sonja (Gary Burkett) Gore, and Renee (Dale) Lester; grandchildren, Kristy, Heath, Nick H., Greg, Chris, Mike Jr., Michelle, Randy Jr., Amanda, Tessa, Nick L., Steven, Melisa, Makayla, Logan, Alexis, Curt, Chloe, and Draven; numerous great-grandchildren; and other family, Judy Hale.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Steele Sr.; son, Randy Hamilton Sr.; and brother, Sheldon Oscar Parsons.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, at Deliverance Tabernacle, 4717 Prospect Rd., New London, Ohio, 44851. Fatima's funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, at the church with Pastor Ronnie Sallee and her son-in-law, Dale Lester, officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Street Cemetery.
