Edwin Earl Harris, 44, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, at Autumnwood Care Center in Tiffin, surrounded by his family.

He was born July 10, 1980, in Norwalk to Jack L. Harris and Kathleen A. (Lamb) Harris. He enjoyed being with his family and cats. He loved going for car rides and watching the 4th of July Parade. He left a trail of friends wherever he went.

He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Harris; brothers, Joel Harris, Matthew (Carrie) Harris, and Thomas Harris; and sister, Laura Harris; nieces, Jacklyn Harris, Claudia Harris, Natalie Van Zoest, and Isabella Van Zoest; nephews, Jakob Harris, Ethan Harris, and Jaden Barrell.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack L. Harris; and beloved cousin Lisa Meyer.

A private graveside service will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Huron County Humane Society, 246 Woodlawn Avenue, Norwalk, Ohio, 44857.

Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.

I got the joy of knowing this sweet man and his mother at twilight gardens nursing home. I cared for them so much . Loves u both. May he rest with all the angels n no longer suffer. Rip buddy.
