Diana "Dee" K. Westerfield, 74, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.
She was born July 28, 1950, in Greenford and was a graduate of Greenford High School. She received a degree in education from Bowling Green State University. She was a computer program analyst for Norwalk Furniture for 42 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, driving her sports cars, knitting, reading and golfing. She was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. She will be missed by all.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James C. Westerfield; son, Bryan (Kim) Westerfield; stepson, James C. (Stephanie) Westerfield; grandsons, Alex and Jamie; mother, Lois Rogers of Columbiana; sister, Priscilla Illig; brothers, Randall (Debbie) Rogers and Richard (Peggy) Rogers; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Rogers; and a sister, Sandy Golunka.
A celebration of Dee's life will be from 4-6 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2025, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Enrichment Centers for Huron County, activities fund, 130 Shady Lane, Norwalk, Ohio 44857.

I worked with Dee in 2012-2014 at Norwalk Furniture. It was always a pleasure working with her each day. Her invaluable lessons and guidance on Information Technology is something which has benefited me throughout my career after NCOF. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to reach out to her in the past years. She will be missed. My condolences to her family and friends.
