Denise Gail Germon, 62, of Sandusky, passed away Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023, at Bellevue Hospital.
She was born Feb. 25, 1961, in Newark, New Jersey, to Raymond Kummer and Anna Lee Gail.
Denise attended the Sandusky ABLE Program, obtaining her G.E.D in June, 2016, and graduated from Ohio Business College in October, 2017. Denise was a member of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, her grandchildren, watching court shows, watching GunSmoke, and watching her Dallas Cowboys.
Denise is survived by her children, Keyonia Germon, Conan Germon, Rodsien (Yvette) Redding, Ronteyia Redding, and Issian (Nichole) Redding, all of Sandusky; grandchildren, TaQuora "Poo-Poo" Kincade, TaMiyah "Boogie" Kincade, Tzaria "ZZ" Germon, Isaiah "Booger" Taylor, Timberlyn "NuNu" Brown, Issiana "Penny-Poo" Redding, Myls "Peanut" Brown, Hughston "Bubba" Redding, Joy "Chew-Chew" Redding, Maddox "Teeder" Redding, Cooper "Beanie" Williams, Simon "Ziggy" Redding, Caden "Te Te" Williams, and Nikalus "Jucee" Redding; special friends, Cheryl Forney and Tommy Williamson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Denise was preceded in death by her parents; grandmother, Coreen Hollman; aunt, Gracie Lee Germon; uncles, Henry B. Germon and Clauzell Gail; sisters, Dorothy Ann Williams and Patricia Ann Cross; special friend, Elmo Wilson; and granddaughter, Noelle "Smooches" Williams.
Visitation for friends will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2023, until the time of Denise's funeral at 12 p.m. at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 1920 Eddy Henry Way, Sandusky. Pastor Curtis L. Johnson Jr. will officiate.

Denise was a beautiful person her smile was priceless she definitely fought every battle that she had she most definitely was a powerful woman and a believer in the Lord you can rest in the hands of the Lord now you have won your victory no more pain no more suffering just walking in heaven all day long smelling the Roses I love you
