Dale Robert Stark, 61, of Monroeville, passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born Oct. 14, 1961, in Sandusky, to Victor and Linda (Ryerson) Stark. Dale served in U.S. National Guard for six years. He was employed as a truck driver. His hobbies included hunting, mushroom hunting, playing horseshoes, and having fun with family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Stark of Monroeville; sisters, Rene' (Tim) Dearth of Clyde and Amy Stark of Mansfield; brother, Michael Stark of Monroeville; nieces and nephews, Tim (Danielle) Dearth, Jen Dearth, and Brad (Tiffany) Dearth, all of Clyde, and Shain Stark, Clint Stark, Paige Stark, and Morrigan (Tony) Hall, all of Norwalk; eight great-nieces and great-nephews; and two great-great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Stark; sister in infancy, Sherri Stark; paternal grandparents, Victor and Cynthia Stark; and maternal grandparents, Lon and Florence Woolever.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023, until the time of Dale's memorial service at 12 p.m. at Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel, 109 Monroe Street, Monroeville. The Rev. Dr. Wayne Chasney will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice, 9501 US Hwy 250 N., Suite 2, Milan, Ohio, 44846.
