I will miss you Mrs. Smith. I had her in keyboarding and she was so funny to me. She did whatever she could to help you earn the grade you needed. She didn't mess around either! Lol I was warned multiple times to cut my nails. IF she liked you she liked you and would do whatever to help you. Rest in peace Mrs. Smith.

My heartfelt condolences to Carol's family. May Our Father God Lord Saviour Creator grant you comfort, peace, and joy throughout the many days ahead. Peace and joy for Carol is asleep no more to experience temporal happiness and turbulence of this life. And more joy for though she is not physically with us, her Radiant and infectious spirit lives on in each of you.
My first encounter with Carol was when I taught at Perkins High School. Her warm, inviting smile was equally matched with her spirit, her character: caring and loving. Whatever she did, she poured her heart into the matter. Many years later, when by chance,we would happen to see one another, grand lady was the same, the effervescent sincere spirit with that warm inviting smile. Carol Smith was quite simply, a beautiful, wonderful person at every level. Dear family of Carmela "Carol" Barone Smith hold fast to your memories and your faith. Her well-lived life, her joyful spirit has touched so many lives, leaving enduring impressions of her love for her fellow men.
Much love,
Colette Pinkney

My deepest condolences and love to the family and friends of this wonderful, energetic and thoughtful soul. She is in my fondest and earliest memories from childhood and remained a close correspondent and friend until her final days. I think of her every time my mind goes back to warm summers and impromptu social events with family and friends who are family in Sandusky. Much love forever.
