Anna "Jean" Holida, 91, of Willard, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, at The Willows at Willard.
She was born Sept. 11, 1933, in White Oak, Kentucky, to Coonie Risner and Effie Barnett. Jean was a member of Ripley Chapel for many years. She also enjoyed to cook and crochet.
Although Jean never had children of her own, she loved all of her nieces and nephews as if they were her own children. Left behind to carry on Jean's memory are several nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Virgil Robinson; second husband, Chester Holida; three brothers, Lotan, Mike, and Bill; and five sisters, Christina, Helen, Reva, Vana Mae Bolen, and Janet (Junior) Staton.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, until the time of Jean's funeral at 1 p.m. at Secor Funeral Home in Willard. Dr. Ricky Branham will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Willard.
